To Whom It May Concern:

This letter serves as my recommendation for Vi Daniels at Allegra Printing. She has been helping me with my printing needs on documents and apparel for 13 years plus.

Vi gives new meaning to the term "service with a smile." I don't think I've ever seen her without a grin on her face. She has a knack for putting even the most antagonistic customer at ease, and people who came in yelling would leave happy thanks to Vi's calm demeanor and her problem-solving ability.

Vi has managed my documents for the past 13 years and can be trusted to take the initiative when it comes to finding innovative ways to solve customers' issues. Her number one concern is doing what's best or her customers. I currently do not have to manage my stock because Vi lets me know when I am getting low and informs me when it is time to reorder.

I recommend her without reservation.

Just a quick note to say thank you for a job well done on the Jamos business cards, brochures and Nolte materials.  (I just received the note cards and they are perfect – love them!)
 
Your cooperation and patience on the recent Jamos projects is greatly appreciated.  We really tested the limits with that one.  I will not make it a habit – I don’t like to work under that tight timing.  It is nice to know that we can rely on you to help us out when we need it.
