Hi Erin – In early February, we had the first of a few anticipated required accreditation and licensure surveys for this coming year.  I received the results of the survey yesterday and wanted to send you a quick note of thanks.  Several changes in federal requirements for ASC’s led to a required revision of our informational packets.  I know we have bugged you over the last year and you have been so kind in working so much with us to reformat our patient information brochure.  The surveyors commented several times while on-site and then again in their summary comments about our “excellent patient information brochure.”  They thought it was one of the most thorough brochures they had seen and liked that we were able to get so much information into a very convenient, self-mailing format.

Unfortunately, Eric and I were discussing how to get a little more information into the brochure this morning, and will most likely be asking for your help in the next few weeks.  But for now, I wanted to make certain you knew that your design was acknowledged and appreciated by the national surveyors that we hosted.
